Mike and Cam ponder the results of a new Columbia University study that shows that people with celiac disease who are hypervigilent about their gluten free diet actually have a lower quality of life. While we are not surprised about these findings, we talk about how it relates to our own lives and work on solutions that can help all celiacs have a better quality of life overall.
